Andrew developed the business case to evaluate keeping or replacing a consignment process that was run on tribal knowledge only. The business case was approved to keep the consignment process and generated a net refund.

Regional Service - Startup Org and Technology Design
Andrew designed and coordinated the procurement activities during a procurement turnover (three procurement professionals in two months). The procurement was behind schedule and at risk of causing a lapse in critical power equipment availability. Andrew presented his recommendations to the leadership team, with a business case that proposed a best value, traceable award that incorporated six suppliers, 233 equipment models, 37 inventory locations, equipment criticality, lead time, and price. The contracts were awarded on-time, minimizing costs and optimizing sources of supply.
